City’s Mobile Office to provide services in Richwood, Elsies River and Seawinds

Next week Thursday, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be at the Richwood Recreation Centre as well as at the Seawinds Civic Centre and Adriaanse Community Hall on the Friday. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:

•        Thursday, 9 October 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Richwood Recreation Centre, 28 Richwood Avenue, Richwood
•        Friday, 10 October 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Seawinds Civic Centre, St Stephen Avenue, Seawinds
•        Friday, 10 October 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Adriaanse Community Hall, Seboa Street, Adriaanse, Elsies River

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.

‘It is always great to see residents coming out in their numbers and getting their municipal matters resolved during these mobile office visits. City staff will be at these venues next week on Thursday and Friday; providing guidance and assistance on queries arising on each day. Residents are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
